Sitting Practice

Ella started sitting up, with the support of her hands, about a week or so ago. We, of course, put her in the sitting up position, and when doing so, she often protests and pushes the ground with her feet, returning to  a position she much prefers, lying on her back, in which she then rolls onto her belly.   I wouldn't say it is her favorite position, but she does seem to be enjoying it a bit more as each day passes.  I think it is getting much easier for her, and in no time, I anticipate her being able to sit up without the use of her hands!
