I have not updated in awhile, and keep putting it off because it feels overwhelming, so I'm just going to start with today, and will back and add the last 2 months in time.
Kids are in preschool and I'm back to work full time thanks to my districts's ridiculous new policies! Anyway, Ella has had a hard time adjusting and it shows in her sleep. She has been waking up every night at 1ish then 4ish. Hoping this passes soon.
Ella is now in the Teal Room and Grady in the Purple Room. This is Grady's 1st year of preschool and he is loving it. He screams bloody murder on most days when it is time to leave. He is always runs up shouting mommy when I get there, but the I have to carry him out of there! Ella leaves much more willingly, but always pushes for a few more minutes of coloring.
Speaking of coloring, Ella has become quite the little artist. Her artwork is amazing. She draws the most beautiful butterflies, airplanes and rainbows. She is also writing many worlds these days including her last name.
Grady loves to draw too and his latest drawings are trains and spider dogs. He is really good at drawing the circles and rectangles and can also draw eyes and a mouths on the spider dogs. He is also quite the singer and carries the tune well.
Grady is repeating everything and one of his cutest phrases is " "mommy you ok?" Another thing that I love is when I accelerate while driving he will always say woah fast!
Ella can act like a teenager these days, sometimes it's adorable and other times not so much. When shopping she will say, "oh pause my pause gosh! Look how adorable this is!"
My goal is to update every few days while the memories are freash in my mind.
