Back to the Crib

We gave up after two nights, and decided Ella was not quite ready for the freedom that the toddler bed offered her.  She just wanted to get out of it, read, and explore her room.  When she was placed back in her crib, she immediately welcomed it!  It seemed comforting and secure to her, so she will be sleeping in her crib for now.  We are not going to rush it before baby comes,  but will do it when she seems ready.  Worse case, we buy another crib for the baby, so Ella doesn't feel like the baby takes her crib away.
