A Strong Sitter and Future Crawler!

A whole new world is about to open up for Ella!  Crawling is right around the corner; I would predict within two to three weeks!  She can balance her body on her tummy with arms and legs moving rapidly. Also, she can push her body up, from belly button to head, while at the same time attempting to rise up onto a knee.  As you can see below, she has pretty much mastered sitting up!  She just started rocking her body back in forth while sitting, and is really testing out her balance.  This seems to be her favorite pastime now.  She still falls back flat, so a little cushioning is needed.
