I am behind; missing months September through December. I am always a few month behind, so never really post recent pics with memories that are most fresh. September to December to be updated later.
January was a fun month!
Frozen yogurt. Ella earned a frozen yogurt for good choices. Grady enjoys the yogurt store, although he never gets any. This time, he actually ate a full sample cup serving. It took him as long to eat this as it did Ella to eat her regular cup of frozen yogurt.
Day at the Beach! We spent the day in Ocean Beach with Cory and the the Phillips. It was warm for the first time in a long time, so it was nice to enjoy this sunny day at the beach with friends.
Lunch at Harry Hofbraugh (sp?) Amy and I went to yoga then we all went to lunch at this interesting place. It was fun and the food was different. I think we will go back. The kids really enjoyed pics with the statues!
Ella and I went to our first movie in the theater. We saw Into the Woods, which really wasn't a kids movie. It was a over 2 hours long musical story. I cant believe Ella sat as still as she did for so long. She got a little restless about the last 15 minutes, which was completely understandable. I think I dozed off for a bit.
Ella, Grady and Mommy had a magnificent day at Happy Hollow. Although it was extremely crowded (Martin Luther King Day Holiday), it was one of the best times we have had there. The kids are the magical age, both of them. Grady is better at following and listening and Ella is a little helper with him. We stood in line for the roller coaster for 30 minutes and they did fine; patient as ever. We were there for 5 hours and a had a perfect day!
Grady turned 3 on January 25! The next post will detail his bday and an update on turning 3!
