Halloween 2013

We spend our Halloween, for the 3rd year in a row, at Grandma and Grandpa's neighborhood!  Their neighborhood is very festive; there is a parade early in the evening so everyone gathers on the same street to celebrate!  After the parade, we refueled with some pizza, then hit the streets for some trick or treating.  We made it around an entire block.

Grady was nonstop.  He loved dancing at the parade, and knocking on doors for candy.  Ella is now a pro, and told me she could go to the doors without me; I still went as Grady doesn't quite understand that you can't just walk into people's houses.  He try to enter almost every house we went to, and threw a bit of a tantrum each time I stopped him from entering. 

After trick or treating, Ella's friend Elizabeth came over for some playtime.  Elizabeth lives down the street from Grandma and Grandpa.  The girls had fun, Grady enjoyed following them around, and they got nice and tired!
