We celebrated Grady's 1st birthday today with a Sock Monkey themed party. The morning started out with a fairly strong rain, but the sun decided to show up minutes before the party started! We were so happy! We had about 13 kids attending so having outdoor play was a must. We set up the bouncy house which kept the kids happy for hours! Grady spent some time bouncing and even enjoyed a few rides down the slide!
When it came time or his Sock Monkey cake, he showed some curiosity; at least more than Ella did at her 1st bday. He had absolutely no interest in eating it, and was actually quite disgusted when offered a bite, but he did enjoy playing around with his fondant monkey.
It was a great first bday Grady!
